Cure for Claws

Even if you don't have carpal tunnel, your wrists & forearms are working hard for the money.  Many of us feel cramping, tingling or tightness in the arms after sending our 100th email.  Many of us also experience rounding shoulders from typing.

Dalal takes you through a few quick techniques to bring back mobility, release tension & open up the chest.

Dalal Arnold

Born and raised in the small country of Kuwait, Dalal moved to New York City back in 2010 to complete her Masters in Fine Arts at the Parsons School of Design.  Previously, she was a lead designer and co-founder of Free Planet Clothing.  Dalal loves the infinite potential the practices of yoga and meditation have opened for her and hopes to impart that feeling to others.  She is an 800-hour certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher with a focus on integrating the ancient teachings of asana (physical yoga), pranayama (breath work), meditation and study of scripture into our modern-day lives, making them relevant and accessible.
