Traveler's Wind Down

After a demanding day, many of us have a hard time winding down before bed. If we head to sleep with a tense body and racing mind, we are all guaranteed to wake up in the middle of the night. Since tomorrow promises another challenge, and it’s important to wake up refreshed, this evening series was designed to release the day. Lose the stress in the neck, relax the lower back with twists and a forward fold, calm our nervous system with an even-part breath and end with yoga nidra, relaxing each part of the body for a restful night’s sleep.
