We can be really hard on ourselves.  Living in an on-demand world, we expect that our output is on-demand, too.  It doesn't always work that way.  Some things need time.  

If patience isn't one of your virtues, there's hope -- it can be learned with practice.  This meditation reminds you that while you're still moving toward something, you're good where you are right now.
