Traveler's Wake Up

This sequence of stretches is intentionally designed to gently wake the body from sleep. Often, we throw ourselves out of bed in the morning, setting the tone for the day ahead. By starting the day off with awareness and intention, we carry it with us into our relationships, work and experiences. This sequence takes just a few minutes to mindfully lengthen the muscles, warm up the joints and increase circulation.
