Traveler's Pick-Me-Up

By the time afternoon rolls around, many of us have been sitting for an extended period of time. Whether it's working at a computer, traveling on a plane or both at the same time, sitting for too long leads to brain fog.  This sequence is designed to be a mid-day pick-me-up, so you can get back to the real you. Boost blood flow throughout the body, find balance, release tension in the hips and tune up our body posture through opening up the shoulders all in a few minutes.
